Situated in a superb location overlooked by the majestic Benbulben Mountains, this historic landmark building was built in 1848 is the ideal setting for a picture perfect wedding.
Set in mature gardens the striking exterior has been restored and remodelled as a beautiful contemporary 4 star hotel.

Their professional events team understands the importance of this occasion and their aim is to ensure every last detail of your day is planned and delivered to your expectations.

From the small intimate reception to the larger more traditional banquet for up to 350 guests, everything a bride and groom could wish for can be found in the Clarion.

The hotel has a licence to hold Civil Ceremonies so you can say those important words in our unique beautifully converted chapel, “Canis Major”, situated on the hotel grounds, dating back to the 1800’s. This venue can cater for up to 200 guests.

The Chapel has a striking bell tower that many people are fascinated by as the architecture reflects that of Russian design. This unique event space is one of a few and is an ideal to add exclusivity and difference to your wedding. Inside is modern but contrasts with the original high wooden beams and deep set stone framed window panes.

This venue can be used for pre reception drinks, or if you have a smaller wedding with buffet style service.
